Observe the way people behave and watch how they are treated by others and react to other people. Try to focus on their body language and tone of voice. If you don’t like what you see, analyse the reason why you don’t like it. To achieve self-growth, you need to own your behaviour and therefore need to be able to identify whether you behave the same way or not. Although it’s not always a pleasant thing to do, you have to be honest with yourself. Should you discover that you have the same behaviour you dislike in other people, make yourself aware of it each time you do it and do your best to avoid it.
3. Work on Yourself Daily
Think about why you want to change and be more self-aware in the first place. Make a conscious decision to act in a way that makes you feel good about yourself. If you feel good and treat others well, people will notice it immediately. It does not matter how many times you fail or forget to behave in the way you desire, never give up.
